Architectural Review Committee (ARC)

No structure, whether residence, outbuilding, antennae, fences, walls, mailboxes, driveways, pools, decks/patios/gazebos or other improvements, shall be constructed or maintained upon any lot nor any alteration shall be made unless complete plans, specifications, and lot plans therefore, showing the applicable exterior design, height, building material and color scheme, the location of the structure plotted with measurements/setback, the location and size of proposed improvements, the general plan of landscaping, fencing, walls and the applicable grading plan without FIRST submitting an ARC application in writing with all necessary required documentation and receiving final approval from the Architectural Review Committee.

Most everything that occurs on the outside of a residence or on a residential lot must be reviewed and approved by the ARC prior to any work or changes being made. It is to your benefit to attach as much information as possible to aid the committee in their decision to approve your project.

To ensure your request is promptly reviewed, be sure it conforms to the Covenants as well as includes all the required documentation listed on the ARC application. The setbacks, material requirements, etc. are well defined in the Covenants and should be of assistance to you and your contractor.
